    Go to Dah Sing Mobile Banking services, access "Security Authentication Settings" > select and turn on the switch for the designated Security Authentication method.

Eligibility

You must have a valid e-Banking Service and download the Dah Sing Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store

You must have a valid mobile phone number for SMS One-time Password (OTP) authentication

You must provide a valid email address

Mobile Banking can be run on the below mobile devices: iPhone and iPad with iOS version 15 or above; Android mobile devices with Android version 9 or above (Except for mobile device using Intel Processors)
